Kenzie had her 100th day of school the other day!  She was excited to wear her shirt that I made her!

It was my first attemp at making a stencil with my cricut and then painting the shirt!  It turned out ok but has a few flaws!  Thankfully Kenzie didn't mind and loved it.  I have been making designs on the cricut and just waiting on my heat transfer vinyl to come in.  I made a few onesies with some vinyl that I had on hand.

Dallas came over one night to play!  Those kids go crazy and have so much fun coming up with new things to play.

Kenzie had her first tball practice last night!  She is playing on a new team this year and we are very excited!  She has several friends on the team.  Baby brother will be coming in the middle of the season so we will have to see how it will work after that.

She did so good!  The coach put her in to field some balls to her team and she was nailing the balls as fast as she could put it on the tee.  She had some homework to do before practice and I was amazed at how well she could cut and stay on the line.

She is growing up so fast and thankfully loves school!

Happy birthday Madison

Happy birthday to my sweet baby girl!  How in the world is this tiny girl 3 already??

She had been so excited all week and counting down the days to her "birday".  She woke up to her favorite donuts and candles and us serenading her with Happy Birthday!  She actually woke up around 1am to go potty and asked me if it was her birday yet and I said yes actually!!  She said "then give me a birday kiss!!"  Me and her spent the day running some errands and letting her pick out some special treats along the way!  Later on we met daddy at Chuckee Cheese to do a little celebrating!

We came home and had cupcakes and she opened a few presents!

She is our tiny, sassy girl and we love her so much!!!  Her birthday party is this weekend and we are so excited to celebrate her!

The Flu...and strep

Saturday morning Madi kept saying her tummy hurt.  We laid around and took it easy.  Poor girl, then the vomiting started.  She was so sad and kept saying "I'm sorry mommy".  She had no idea what was going on.

Sweet girl.  A couple more episodes and a few more baths later she was finally able to rest. 

Kenzie went to a birthday party for a friend later on.  She was able to catch a ride with Kokomand Dallas and they kept her afterwards to go to another party too.  It was hard to lay down with Madi but still try and keep Kenzie entertained too. 

I was worried what the night would bring and who would come down with it next.  Surprisingly everyone slept all night and woke up feeling 100% better.  The girls played outside and basically had a normal day minus not eating.

Later on she spiked a 102 fever and was lethargic and wanted to sleep.  I laid down with her and we got a 2 hour nap in.  After some Tylenol she was back up ready to dance for the super bowl halftime show.

I went ahead and brought her to the doctor Monday morning and she tested positive for the Flu.  Ugh!  Her strep test was negative at least!  Poor girl had to spend her birthday at the doctor.  We came home and rested for the day.

Apparently Scotty left the gas on the stove from when he cooked the day before.  The girls and I kept smelling something stinky but I honestly thought it was from his food.  We got home late that night and he immediately said "OMG it smells like gas in here" and that's when we noticed it.  It's a wonder we didn't blow up after lighting birthday candles twice that day.  We aired out the house but could still smell it a little in Madi's room so we let her sleep with us.  It was awful.  She tossed and turned and kicked me so many times.  At one point I woke up with her food in my mouth.  We had planned on her going to school Tuesday because she hadn't any fever but she was so tired and cranky there was no way I could send her.  We laid around all morning and I tried to get her to eat but she wouldn't even take a bite of anything she asked me to make.  After we got sister we played outside for a little bit.  She was really cranky and went inside and fell asleep on her floor.

Poor girl.  Bebe came over that night to help me.  I was totally exhausted and hadn't slept in 3 nights and I was stressing out about trying to get her to eat and drink.  She couldn't get her to either but it was still so nice to have her over.  Sometimes you just need your mommy.  Today I had a hair appointment so she stayed with Scotty.  When I got home she was laying down lethargic and wanted me to rub her tummy because it hurt.  Her tummy felt swollen to me and her lips were so dry they were cracking.  I went ahead and took her to the doctor again.  She immediately threw up everywhere when we got there and then started with diarrhea.  I was so glad that didn't happen in my car.  She tested positive for strep this time.  My mommy gut knew she had strep.  We came home with antibiotics and she actually ate a little and drank a whole sippy cup.  I'm hoping she is on the mend and no one else gets it.  Her doctor wants me to bring Kenzie up there tomorrow after school and get her tested for strep just to make sure she doesn't need antibiotics too.  Fingers crossed everyone starts feeling better!

34/35 weeks

Makenzie took my pictures today, so they are a tad bit blurry!  I missed my 34 weeks chalkboard and picture--oops!  I had my check up last week and we set an official c-section date of March 8th.  I didn't gain any weight again.  Still sitting at 33 pounds gained so far.

Landon is measuring a week ahead.  I think it's only fair to knock a week off my due date but my doctor didn't go for it.  I go back in 2 weeks and then it's weekly visits until he makes his debut!  It seems more real now that we have an end date!

Sleep has been non exhistant lately.  However I am able to take a good nap daily when I'm home.  At night I can't get comfortable and then when I finally do I have to pee and then start the whole process over again.  He no longer kicks so much as he punches and jabs and rolls all over the place.  I have been having so much pressure down below and just don't see how he can get much bigger and still have room in there. 30 days at most until we meet our sweet baby!

Our life lately

The weather has been amazing lately!  We have had several park play dates!

Madison is loving school and has made lots of new friends.

She comes home and tells me all about her day and I love hearing all her little stories!  We had a jewelry making session after school one day!  They had so much fun!

Madison looks so grown up in this picture!!  I love our mornings together!

Kenzie is really doing good with her reading and she loves reading.  Madison listens to her no matter what she says or is making up in the book!  

Last night we played outside before dinner!  Kenzie was doing so good at hitting the ball!

And then we met some friends for dinner.

Landon's 4d sono

This week we got to see baby bubba during a 4d sono!

He is so cute already!  The girls loved seeing his sweet face!  He looks so chubby and squishy!

He had his hands in front of his face for most of the session!!  Just for fun I wanted to compare all my babies 4d sonograms.

Landon is on top then Madi then Kenzie.  I think he favors Madi a little from these pictures!  I can't wait to see his sweet face in person.

33 weeks

33 weeks!  I can't believe we are already 33 weeks!  I have been feeling lots of pressure this week!  I'm pretty sure he is getting too big to move around in there anymore!

I'm becoming very uncomfortable.  More and more everyday actually!  Sleeping is becoming interrupted by bathroom breaks and trying to roll over.  I saw my doctor last week.  I didn't gain any weight from my last appointment so I'm still at 33 pounds gained so far.  I have noticed that I'm not able to eat as much at one sitting as normal.  I think because he takes up so much room in there.

The girls love feeling him rocking and rolling in there.  My whole stomach moves and you can see him rolling across my stomach!  I hope the next 5 weeks fly by because we are so ready to meet him.
