Landon is 2 months

Holy moly how is already 2 months old?  We are all obsessed with him and how sweet he is!  I must kiss him a million times a day.

I don't even know how 2 months have passed already!  He is so happy and smiley!  Anytime he catches anyone's eye he gives the biggest grin.  I've caught him smiling and coo'ing at the toys on his bouncer and kick and play toy!  When he hears his sisters he grins immediately and I love that the most!

He is eating 3-4 ounces every 1.5-2 hours during day.  He is still spitting up like crazy but gaining plenty of weight. He takes his last bottle between 9 and 10 and sleeps all night until around 6:30/7.

We have moved him completely to his  room and he sleeps only in his crib at night!  We wrap him up like a burrito in his swaddle and he puts himself to sleep!  The girls were very easy getting on a sleep routine too so we got very lucky!

We are on the go pretty much everyday.  He isn't on a very good napping schedule during the day.  He will cat nap in his car seat while we are out or if we are home in his bouncer.  I try and lay him in his bed for at least one good nap a day.

He has his checkup next week so I don't know his exact measurements but we are guessing he is around 15 pounds.  He's a very big boy!  He is wearing a size one diaper, but not for long, and 3 month clothes.  They are getting a little snug on him and 3-6m fits him better.

Weekend wrap up

I am battling a flat head and I'm determined to win!  Landon naturally prefers to turn his head to the left and that side is getting a little flat.  I got him a new toy to hang in his crib to encourage him to look the other way.

So far he likes it and it seems to be working!  Friday Scotty got to go to Kenzie's school for 'Grooving with Dad'.  It was the same thing I went to a few weeks ago.  She was so excited to have her daddy there.

That afternoon we walked to pick up Kenzie and got there pretty early! I got Landon out took some pictures!  He loves being outside!

That night we played in the backyard and little man enjoyed watching his sisters!

Scotty got home early and we moved to the front yard to ride scooters but it turned into a noodle fight.

Saturday morning Kenzie had a T-ball game!  She did really good!

We met some friends and Bebe and Papa for lunch afterwards!  

Landon had a major blowout while we were there!  Heidi helped me get everything cleaned up and we headed home to wash the car seat and take naps!  Scotty was early again that night so we spent it outside playing.

I love his face in this picture, like "are you kidding me".  Sunday morning we had a mini family picture session!  Everyone cooperated so that was nice!  We had to run a few errands afterwards and then Kenzie had a horseback riding lesson.

She got to do the reigns herself and her instructor said a few more lessons and she will be riding by herself! Later that night we had some friends over and cooked out fajitas!  The kids played in the sprinkler and the adults had some drinks and talked.

It was a fun relaxing day!!

Dentist, smiles and unicorn conversations

Monday the girls had dentist appointments!  This was Madison's first time in the big chair getting her teeth cleaned!

She did great!  She even went and took X-rays all by herself!  They both have perfect teeth and we will be back in 6 months.  And little man hung out and was his usual cute self!  That night I discovered a tickle spot on him!

I could just eat him up!!!  Tuesday Amber came over and we did cricut stuff all day for Teacher appreciation gifts!  Of course I sent them to school without taking a picture of any of it!  Yesterday I deep cleaned when I got home from the gym!  My dining room, kitchen and living room are spotless......

Well until this monster ran thru it!  Landon had a serious conversation with a unicorn.

I need to get him some more boyish stuffed animals.....but this is life with 2 sisters! We met some friends for dinner and drinks!  The girls had fun with their friend Tessi and us adults got to talk!

Bubba was his normal cute self and sat quietly the whole time and would grin anytime he caught you looking at him!

GNO and cheer camp

Friday night I got out of my cage and had a girls night out with a bunch of ladies from the neighborhood!  There were about 20 of us and it was so fun!

My phone did have an unfortunate accident and I had to get a new one Saturday morning.  And I lost ALL my pictures because I didn't have iCloud turned on!  Kenzie had a cheer camp with some friends Saturday morning!

I asked her if she had fun and she said yes, then I asked her if she wanted me to sign her up and before I could finish my sentence she cut me off and said no!!

Landon has been sleeping through the night for a week now!  I put him in his crib and he has been sleeping in his room for 5 days now!  It's bittersweet!  He's my last baby and as much as I want him to snuggle me and sleep in my bed, I know it's good for him to be in his bed!  I spent Sunday packing up the pack n play for the last time and moving everything into his room.

Moosical

Kenzie was a cow in her kindergarten moosical performance last week!  She was the cutest little cow ever!

Our week

Monday marked 7 years of marriage for Scotty and I.  Marriage is hard and we have to work daily at it, but there is no one else that I would want to do life with! We didn't have any big plans or exchange gifts this year.  Madison and Landon cuddled while we were waiting to pick up Makenzie.

Sweetest thing ever!  The minute Madison laid still he closed his little eyes and went to sleep!  Later he laid in his bed for the first time while I cleaned in his closet!

Landon got a little fussy and Kenzie pushed him around in her doll stroller for awhile!  He was quiet and she was happy!

Tuesday I cleaned out the garage and then Heidi called and asked to go on a walk.  We ended up doing over 2 miles and got a good workout in.

Wednesday I had my final OB appointment!  Landon came with me and was such a good boy!  I was cleared to return back to normal activities!!!  Yay!!!

We had some flowers planted and the girls helped us water them!  Kenzie decided she wanted to play in the water more than water the flowers!

Thursday we had a full car after school.  We took our sweet friends home and then came home to decorate cookies.

My big one month old decided he was big enough to sit up in his bumbo seat!

He likes to look around and know what's going on.  It must be exhausting though because he fell asleep.

Friday morning I went to Kenzie's schools for Moving With Mom!

We had so much fun.  There was bowling, exercises, hula hooping, jump roping, dancing and relay races!

I tried so hard and just can't hula hoop anymore.

We had yogurt parfaits for breakfast and then it was time for Kenzie to go to class!  

The girls built a wall to keep the witches away from Bubba.

Bebe and Papa came and picked Madison up to spend the night with them.  She was so excited and had packed her bag earlier in the day!  Kenzie and I painted nails and ate popcorn in bed while we watched a movie!!
