Picture day

I woke up today and had the feeling that it was going to be a great day! The kids and Scotty were in great moods, I was having a good hair day, we were running on time!  I just knew our pictures were going to turn out great!!!  That quickly changed!  We left at 9:30 only to find the highway was shut down and our 20 minute ride turned into an hour and a half!  Both kids melted down on the way and Scotty quickly became over it!!  The arboretum was beautiful and the girls looked so cute!!  Madison cried, scratch that, screamed the whole hour and a half that we were there!  Every single picture, every single time she raised the camera up to us!  It was ridiculous!

We finally gave up and headed back home!  We stopped for a beer and everyone was all smiles!

The girls and I came home and took a nap while Scotty ran to work for a little while!  We spent the rest of the night playing outside!!  Madi has learned how to give high fives and loves doing it over and over!
