My sweet boy did not get the memo that he is not supposed to get bigger! If I could just bottle him up right now and keep him this age forever I would! He is the absolute sweetest, most easy going baby ever!
He went through a sleep regression this past week! I'm thinking he has a tooth trying to sneak in and that's why. His bedtime is around 7:45/8:00. He is so easy to put to bed! We lay him down and he rolls over and snuggles his blanket and goes to sleep! Normally he will sleep until around 9 the next morning. The past week he has woken up around 2-3 times crying! I will go in and give him his paci and roll him over! A few times he wouldn't settle down and I ended up having to give him a bottle (that he guzzled down--so maybe a growth spurt)
Naps are still kind of just whenever he gets a chance! If we are home for the day he will take a morning short nap around 10'ish and then a long nap after lunch around 1. In the evenings he gets a little fussy around 5:30 and will take a short cat nap, which works out perfect so I can get dinner ready! The boy LOVES to eat! He eats anything and everything that is in front of him! His bottles are between 6-8 ounces just depending on the time of day and he eats 2 jars of baby food a day! He prefers to eat whatever we are eating! Pizza crust, rice, refried beans, spaghetti, mashed potatoes and tortillas are some of his favorites.
Bubs is still pretty lazy and doesn't want to roll or crawl yet. He is content sitting with all his toys around him! I make sure he gets plenty of tummy time though! He tolerates it and will look around play with toys but has no interest in rolling or crawling! I will help him and give him little pushes to his side and sometimes he will flip over and just laugh!
He wins the happiest baby award hands down! He is always smiling and laughing and so easy going! If he is fussy there is almost always a reason why! Sleepy or hungry is normally the culprit! When someone talks to him he has started tilting his head and kind of ducking it like he gets shy and it's the cutest thing ever! He also has started babbling ALOT! He is almost always yelling and squealing about something! He makes a sound that sounds like a little bird cawing! We love him so so much!!
