Fun filled weekend

The girls and I spent our rainy Friday playing all day!  We started off with some painting!  It was Madi's first time and I'm pretty sure she got more on her than on her paper--but she had fun!!

During Madi's nap, Kenzie and I played games and rearranged their playroom!  I sold their big kitchen, don't worry, I have other plans.  When Madi woke up she "helped" me play games but Kenzie was not a fan!  Poor big sister! Next up was playing blocks!  The girls loved it and haven't put them away since I got them out!

It's something they can play together, but not actually be playing together--if that makes sense!  After dinner we did Halloween handprints!  Kenzie would do these a million times, Madison hates it and scream bloody murder until it is washed off!  I only got a footprint out of her!!

Saturday morning we were awakened by our sweet daughter at 5:00 wide awake wanting to watch cartoons and play!  Seriously??  We convinced her to quietly play in the playroom for another hour!! 

Saturday night we had a wedding to go to so Bebe came over to watch the girls!!  

We didn't know anyone but the bride and groom and their families!  We sat at a table in the back by ourselves and enjoyed some drinks while we people watched and talked!  It was nice to get away by ourselves but still be there to celebrate Tarina and John!!  We left there and stopped off at one of Scotty's co-workers Halloween party!  My phone died so I didn't get any pictures, but it was so much fun!!  We had too many drinks, laughed a lot and stayed out past our bedtimes!!  Today we went to our friend Madi's 4th birthday party!  Love their family and all our friends we share!  We always have a great time when we all get together!

She plays hard to get but he's going to be her future boyfriend!  Cutest thing ever!

Kenzie learned a new jump at gymnastics and loves doing it now!  Her herke is actually really good!

Scotty had his fantasy basketball draft at our house today, so after the party we went to Bebe and Papa's house to visit!

Kenzie was all about Ike today!  He is such a good dog and just rolled around with her softly!  I was so exhausted that I picked up dinner on the way home and lounged around the rest of the evening and now enjoying a nice hot bath while Scotty puts the girls to bed!!  Another busy week coming up!
