State Fair

 It's October but it still feels like July.  It has been in the mid to high 90's everyday.  I take Landon on a walk when he isn't at school and we decided to go to the park and then the splashpad.  He had so much fun running around.

This boy is OBSESSED with cars.  I found him a racetrack at a yard sale and he loves it.

Wednesday the kids were off for their Fair Day.  It worked out that Scotty was off so we spent the day at the Fair.  It was so hot and busy we made the best out of it anyways.  We started off at the pig races and ran into some friends there.

Next up was the birthing barn and petting zoo.  The kids loved feeding all the animals.

 We ate some yummy foods and then hit up the Midway.  It was miserably hot but the kids rode a few rides and then played some games before we left that area.

 Kenzie took Madison on a haunted fun house ride.  Madison was so scared and I love how Makenzie held her the whole time.

 We found someone to snap a family picture in front of Big Tex.

Madison got a bag of cotton candy that was as big as she was.  We ended the day in the air conditioned automobile buildings and sat in some cars.
