Crazy kids

We spent the day with Korie and Dallas yesterday!!  Those two kids are crazy!  We had to leave the house for a showing so we picked them up and went to Starbucks and got lunch!

Kenzie was so excited to get a cake pop and decided she didn't like it!  Score for me!!  We went to a friends house Korie was house sitting for!  They ran a muck!!!  Jumped on the bed, ran around and acted crazy!!!

We headed home for naps!  I had to reorganize my stuff that was in the garage while the girls slept! When they woke up we picked Dallas and Koko back up and went to Target!

Oh these two!  They were crazy!  We left there and met Sue for dinner!  Pretty sure they had wore Korie and I down by this time!  It was a beating!  Crying, whining, pulling on us, wanting to be held---crazy! Our waiter was "different" and we ended up being there almost 2 hours!

I still love this crazy girl even though she pushed me to my limits today!!!

For sale....again!

So this happened.....

We found a house we really like and decided to jump on it!  The deal is we have to have our house sold by June 30th. I'm trying not to get my hopes up, but I'm really excited!  It was listed last night and we already had our first showing this morning!  Scotty cleaned the house while we were out of town to get it ready for pictures for the listing!  It looked great until I saw all my stuff piled up in the garage!  I have to go through and see what all he "hid" out there!!  Fingers crossed the house sells, fast!!!

Vacation Part 2

Friday night was rough!  Madison was so congested she couldn't breath out of her nose, which made her keep spitting out her paci, which meant neither of us slept!  Her eyes were watery, and her nose was running and itchy!  She must have sneezed a million times and started to cough a little!  I'm not sure if it is allergies or if her sister shared her strep throat and/or RSV that she was diagnosed with earlier in the week!  Us girls got ready and headed to town to shop a little!  

I couldn't get Kenzie off the fabric she found!  She was in heaven when she saw a giant roll of her favorite blanket!!  We met the boys for lunch after shopping!  Kenzie was attached to her "Jum". 

After lunch we headed to Uncle Jerry's house to visit!  Kenzie was the life of the party!  She entertained everyone the whole time we were there!!

She was so funny and we all laughed so hard!!!  We headed home and just hung out the rest of the night!  We slept better Saturday night but were up and at'em about 6:15!!  We packed up and headed home about 11:30!!  Makenzie has had been amazing with potty training. She woke up dry every morning and did not have any accidents all weekend!  She even made us pull over to go pee pee!! I am so proud of her!!

Vacation Part 1

Me and the girls left with my parents yesterday and headed to Center Point, Texas to visit family!!!  The trip normally takes about 5 hours, but somehow this time it took nearly 8 hours!

The girls did great!!  Makenzie told me everytime she had to go potty!  She stayed dry the whole way there!  I couldn't believe it!!  We finally made it to Uncle Jim's house about 11:30.  Me and the girls all slept in the bed together all snuggled up!  I loved it!

Today we woke up early and headed to Sea World!  It was cloudy and would sprinkle rain off and on with a nice cool breeze! Perfect weather!!  We ran in to the Shamu show first!  Kenzie LOVED it!

Makenzie absolutely loved Shamu!!!  She squealed and talked the whole time!!    Madi wasn't as impressed!  We also saw a cute penguin exhibit!

I let Kenzie pick out a Shamu baby and she carried it with her for the rest of the day!

Kenzie did amazing at potty training today!  She woke me up this morning bright and early to go potty and stayed dry all day!  She even made us leave a ride line to go potty!  I was amazed!!!  She's kept a dry pull up all week!!!

We ended our Sea World trip with a much needed nap with Shamu on the car ride home!!

Weekend wrap up

Friday it was just me and the girls! We were lazy and watched cartoons in my bed!

Madison loves her sister so much!  She always smiles anytime she is near her!  Kenzie tolerates her pretty well for the most part!  By the end of Mickey though she was pushing her off of her!  She really doesn't like when Madi's slobber gets on her!!  Saturday morning we ran some errands and Kenzie insisted on bringing her baby doll and carrier too!

I got her a little handle that hooks on to the stroller for her to hold onto!  This was the first time to use it and she did really well!  We were almost done with our first stop when Kenzie realized her baby had fallen out of the carrier!  We had to retrace our steps and finally found her!  She picked her up and in her sweetest voice ever said, "I sowwy baby I drop you! I got you", and held her tight the rest of the time!  We came home for naps and then Koko and Dallas came over!  It was Korie's birthday so we took her to lunch! She picked Cici's and it was delicious!

We stopped for ice cream on the way home and then played for awhile at our house!  Today we were up bright and early at 6:15.  I'm very thankful that Madi slept through the night, but I can't wait to sleep until 8:00 just one morning!!  We got ready and headed out for family pictures!

Tamera sent me these off her camera!  I'm so excited to see the rest!! We met Bebe and Papa for lunch afterwards!

When we got home we all napped!  Kenzie went right down and I snuggled Madi in my bed!

 I love snuggling her!  She is so sweet! The rest of the afternoon was spent playing!  My mom made Kenzie diapers and wipes for her babies!  They are the cutest little things and Kenzie LOVES them!

Every one of her babies has a diaper now!!  Grandma stopped by to play for awhile too!

It was a wonderful weekend!!  I have both babies bathed and in bed and me and the hubby are watching our show! Perfect end to a perfect weekend!

Swimming lessons

Kenzie was so excited to go swimming tonight!  We talked about not crying and that she was going to swim with "my friend" and it was going to be fun!  She looked adorable in her bikini!  We walk in and she tells me she tee tees while we are waiting in line!  I thought no big deal, she has a swim diaper on! Wrong!  It's running down her leg and making a puddle in her Toms and on the ground under her!  Oops!  I will get new diapers for next time!  When it's her turn she goes very hesitantly with the teacher and cries the rest of the time!  Meanwhile, I am snapping pictures---until the director comes over and tells me that I'm not allowed to take pictures!  What? No pictures? Luckily I got a few before I had to put my camera away!

She kept crying "I want my mommy" over and over so they had me go around the corner so she couldn't see me!  I peeked around just in time to see the instructor dunk her under the water!  I'm sure she loved that!!!

Her Daddy and Madi were on the sidelines cheering her on too!  Scotty was so embarrassed that I got in trouble for my camera!  I have gotten us in trouble taking pictures a few other times too!! Ha!  I set us up for her to go on Tuesdays and Thursdays!  She will get used to it and love it!!

Tuesday tidbits

I picked up Makenzie from school and we headed to Target.  The minute we pulled into the parking lot she started cheering and was excited for her popcorn and slushee.

I think this means we go to Target too much!!  The rare times I take Makenzie to the store just me and her I will let her walk with me instead of getting in the cart.  She loves this.  The other day we went to Walmart and I let her ride on the back of the basket.   She thought this was the coolest thing ever.

We picked up Madi and headed home to play.  Scotty had to work late tonight and messed up my routine I had planned for the evening.  I was still able to cook dinner, clean up, and give both girls and myself a bath.  I'm getting this stuff down--it only took 3 months.  I let the girls take a bath together.

It was so cute.  I don't know who liked it more!  Kenzie poured water on Madi and Madi smiled and cooed at her.  They love each other so much and it melts my heart.

Makenzie has been cracking me up lately with the little things she says.  Today in the car she giggled and said "oh gosh" at the end like it was the funniest thing she had ever heard.  If I tell her something and I repeat myself, she says "mommy you already said that".  If she has to repeat herself she will say "mommy listen, I already said that" and will put her little hands on her hips.  She is sassy. 

Kenzie has her first swimming lesson tomorrow.  It's an evaluation class to see if she will benefit more from a one on one class or a group of 2 or 3 other kids.  We have been talking about it and I think she will do great.

MISC Monday

I have been having some stomach issues for a few months now!  Pretty sure it's my gall bladder!  I had a sonogram that showed 2 stones, but a duct was enlarged and some of my bloodwork was off! My doctor ordered an upper endoscopy, which I had last week!  That came back showing a have reflux and damage to my esophagus from it!  I also had an MRI Saturday which came back "normal".  My mom watched the girls while I had it done!

Afterwards, I came home and got Kenzie and we went to Laura's house to get my hair done!  Bebe took Madi home with her! 

Kenzie and Bella played and watched Frozen and sang all the songs!!

They are so cute together!  We left there and headed to Bebe's house to get Madi!  

I looked in the backseat and found her feeding her baby!  Such a good little mommy! Tonight we had a tea party!

She was so excited!  I drank a million cups of "tea".  Madison was all smiles!

Makenzie also pushed her baby sister in her stroller!
