Fall festival

Madison was feeling extra sassy before school on Tuesday!!
After we picked Kenzie up from school, we met Koko and Dallas for a little treat!  The kids played outside at a park and Madison got FILTHY!
Kenzie had cheer practice that night and Madison was glued to the coach the whole time!  She loves going to practice!
Wednesday was crazy hair day for Kenzie at school!  She looked adorable with little piggy tails!  It's as crazy as she would let me do!
Scotty and Madi dropped me off to get a pedicure while they went to the park to play!
We picked Kenzie up from school early to go to her dentist appointment!  She did really well and had a perfect check up!  Later that night we went to a Fall Festival at a local church that we have gone to for several years!
This is from the past 3 years!  Look how big they have gotten!

The kids played a bunch of games and got a bunch of candy!  They did a blow up obstacle course a million times and then we ended with a hay ride!  It was a great time!

Sunday funday

This morning we met my friend Melissa at the Arboretum to take some pictures of the kids in the pumpkins.  The girls looked cute and had a great time climbing all over the pumpkins.

I can't wait to see the pictures she got of my sweet girls.  Afterwards we went and had breakfast at the mall and walked around a bit.

We stopped off at Bebe and Papa's house on the way home to say hi and then came home to relax.  I was able to get in a little nap and then we took the girls to the park to play.

A couple of our friends showed up and we all had a great time playing.  We went home for baths and now it is time for The Walking Dead season premiere.  I have been waiting for it to come back on and so excited.

20 weeks

20 weeks!!!  I'm halfway there.  Probably a little over halfway actually.  I have a feeling that I will deliver a little earlier this go around.  Plus with me having a c-section, that is normally at least a week early anyways.  We will see.  I have been feeling pretty good this week except back pain.  I'm not sure how I'm going to tolerate another 20'ish weeks of my back hurting like this.  It's becoming pretty constant and very annoying.  Laying down obviously makes it feel better but isn't always that easy to do.
I am feeling him kick so much more frequently and Bebe was able to feel him one time.  I can feel him kick the most at night when I'm laying down in bed and around lunchtime.  (mostly when I'm sitting down and kind of hunched over)  I am able to feel him now from the outside of my stomach but he is still so low that not many people have been invited to feel him kick.  I ordered his furniture for his room and anxiously waiting to get it in and set up.

A little catch up

Thursday I volunteered at Kenzie's school to help the kids paint their shirts for the field trip coming up.  They were so much fun and I can't wait to go with them next week to the pumpkin patch.  Afterwards, I had to work and then we had cheer practice.  Madison wanted to be right in the middle of things and stayed glued to the coaches side.
Friday Amber brought over Sophie.  We are keeping her for a week while they go out of town.  We surprised Kenzie from school with her.  She was so excited to see her.

Saturday morning we were up bright and early to head to a football game to cheer at.  Kenzie had two games and they were away games so we were packed up to make a day out of it.  I found Kenzie all wrapped up like this when I got her up.

After the first game we all went to Chili's for lunch.  It was crazy with our group of about 50 there.  The kids all did pretty good and we all had fun.
After lunch we headed back and the girls cheered for their second game.  Madison was such a trooper and held in there.   She was hot and tired and a little grumpy but all in all she did great.

We headed home to lay down and rest a little.  I made a quick dinner and took the girls outside to play for a bit.  We are enjoying the cooler evenings and taking full advantage of them.

19 Weeks

19 weeks!!  We had a doctors appointment this week and got to see our sweet boy during an anatomy scan.

Baby boy weight around 11 ounces and is measuring ahead 2 days. My doctor kept my due date the same though.  I have gained 15 pounds so far, but my doctor says that is in the normal range.  He says around this time the body starts storing fluids in preparation for delivery.  My back has been killing me this week.  Lots of sciatic pain and lower back aches.  Dr. Heckman said unfortunately this is normal and only stretching and massages will help.  I went home and scheduled a massage right away.....doctors orders!!

Fall festival

Saturday morning mom and I went to some garage sales!  I got some great stuff for the baby!!  I have most of the big stuff now, except the high chair.  Kenzie had a t-ball game that afternoon and she played so good!
Her whole team did so good and they won!!  We went home and ate lunch and changed clothes and went to our neighborhoods fall festival.  The girls got some pumpkins, played in the bounce house and got their faces painted!

Kenzie climbed the rock wall all the way to the top and rang the bell!

It was really high!  She is fearless!  We ran into tons of friends there and Kenzie founds lots of her friends from school!  It was fun!

We came home and rested.  I was wore out and tired!  We ordered pizza for dinner and played a little outside after dinner!
