The kids woke up super early on Easter! They were so excited to show us that the Easter bunny had been here.
The kids hunted all the eggs inside and checked out the bunny prints in the front yard. I made bunny waffles as requested and then we went in the backyard to hunt those eggs.
Madison had the bright idea to put her basket on her back and then got stuck in it. And Landon opened and ate so much candy that he was super sad when we finally said NO MORE.
We got dressed and went to Bebe and Papa’s house for lunch. The Easter Bunny had been there too!
We stopped by grandma and grandpa’s house on the way home. Grandpa had a heart attack a few weeks ago and had surgery and had been recovering very well. It was a great Easter. I can’t wait until we are in our new house for Easter next year. I will have decorations out and way more places for the Easter bunny to hide eggs.
