Kenzie's 6th birthday party

Sunday morning we had Kenzie's birthday party at our neighborhood pool.  This is the 3rd year to do this and she loves it, but I think next year I am going to push to have it somewhere else and do something different.  I didn't take many pictures and I wish I had of.  Scotty grilled hotdogs and we had chips and drinks.

The kids swam for awhile and then we gathered them up to sing happy birthday to Kenzie.  She didn't want to "waste" time by opening her presents at the party and asked to take them home instead.  After the party we came home and she dug in. 

Kenzie got a mermaid tail blanket the day before from someone that couldn't make it to the party. Today someone else got her one.  She told Madi she could have one of them and Madison squealed and ran over and gave her a big hug.  It was really sweet. 

                                                       

Scotty grabbed us some dinner and we laid low and relaxed the rest of the day.
