She met a cute little boy on her team and they were inseparable the whole practice. They talked and high fived and if one would catch the ball they would give it to the other to throw back in. It was really cute. That Saturday Madison had her first game and Kenzie had her first softball practice. Scotty took Kenzie to practice while I went to Madison's game.
Madison did so good. She hit the ball every time and got on base and even made it home once. It is so cute watching them play which makes up for ridiculously hot it was at 8:30am. After her game I walked over and sat for the rest of Kenzie's practice so Scotty could go to work. She was so hot, tired and filthy when it was over.
They both had games at the same time the next weekend. My parents came and sat at Kenzie's game while I sat at Madison's. I did sneak away a few times to see Kenzie play. It's hard being in 2 places at once when Scotty has to work. Landon wasn't having it and was so hot and miserable that Autumn came and picked him up. So thankful for friends that love my kids.
Makenzie had a double header and played awesome for both games. It is going to be a HOT season but I love watching them play!
