Balloon festival

Friday afternoon we went to our neighborhoods balloon festival they were hosting!  Amber and Reid came over and we walked down to the park!

There were all kinds of food vendors and craft tents set up!  They also had games and pony rides with a petting zoo!  Kenzie of course wanted to climb the rock wall and they jumped in the bounce houses too!

We got some food and grabbed a spot to watch the balloons glow!  But the best part of the night was going up in a balloon!  

We did a tethered launch and it was so cool!  The kids were a little unsure of how loud the fire was when they pulled the cord, but it was so cool!

When we came back down we sat on our blanket for awhile and hung out!  We saw lots of friends and the kids had fun dancing and running around!

It was a really fun event to go too!  The kids loved seeing all the balloons glow and of course going up in one!
