Bebe and block party

Well I'm thinking Mimi is just going to have to accept that she is going to be Bebe and not Mimi! Makenzie has taken to it and I'm pretty sure it's going to stick! Granted, any "M-i" sound does come out "B-i" but still it's really cute! Mickey is Bicky and milk is bilk--so naturally Mimi is Bebe!!

Bebe came over Friday night to spend the night! We went shopping at hobby lobby for a long time, so long that they turned the lights out on us! We couldn't believe we had been in there so long! I got some really cute stuff for Makenzie's new room and finished up stuff for her birthday party!! We finished our shopping with a Target trip, mainly so we could get some pop corn and an icee! Woke up early Saturday to go to some garage sales--none--whomp whomp!! We drove around forever and never came across anything good!!! We went to lowes and then grocery shopping!  Bebe let Kenz help her push she buggy to the car, and she thought she was hot stuff!

We came home and played and then laid little miss down for a nap!  I had good intentions of a nap myself but it never happened, so I cleaned and folded the laundry that's been sitting for a week! Sister took a 3 hour nap! When she got up we ran to Champs to get Scotty a shirt (we have family pictures on Sunday) and as I loaded Makenzie up in the car I took note of all her loot she brought! She had her necklace, a bracelet, blanket (of course) a dryer sheet, her Kirbydog, phone and a magnet of her and bebe that my mom gave her yesterday!
It was really cute!! She wanted her Bebe with us!
A friend of ours was throwing a block party that night so we got ready and headed down there! It was so fun! She had little pools set up for the little kids and a huge bounce house slippy slide with a pool at the end for the bigger kids and tons of food! Kenzie mostly played in the little pool which she loved but did get one of the sweet big girls to take her down the slippy slide.
Little Allison was openening up Makenzie's bikini top and pouring water in it--they both giggled the whole time!!
All of those sweet girls and Dallas plus a few more not in the picture will all start school together! I'm so glad we have met so many great families and kiddos that Makenzie gets to grow up with! We had a blast!
