An early Christmas gift and Christmas cookies

Madi got an early Christmas present this morning.  Her 8th tooth came in.  The bottom right tooth second from the middle popped thru.  That explains why she has been so fussy and clingy.  Teething hits her so hard.  Poor girl.

 

A lot of sprinkles were used.  She had so much fun making and decorating her cookies.  She had a little helper waiting for her at the bottom of her step stool.  She literally stood at the oven door the whole 11 minutes that they were cooking.  They turned out really cute and of course we had to eat one before bed.  She is going to set some out for Santa on Christmas eve.

I attempted to get some more pictures of the girls in their Christmas pajamas in front of the tree.  One child did perfect and one I have decided hates the camera pointed at her.

I love how Madi is looking up at Kenzie like "what the heck are you holding me back for"?

 Just once I would like one picture with both kids looking at the camera and smiling.  Just one time!!!  But these are still pretty sweet.
